What counts as a "real" icebreaker?+
One that references a specific, verifiable fact about that exact company — a recent announcement, a technology they use, a role they're hiring for. If the line would still make sense with the company name swapped out, it's generic, and it's free.
What happens to the contacts you can't personalize?+
They're labeled Generic and excluded from your bill automatically. You still get a line for them — a safe fallback — you just don't pay for it.
What data sources do you use?+
Public sources only: company websites, public news, and public professional profiles. Nothing scraped from private or gated sources.
Can I try it before paying?+

Do I need to change my outreach tool?+
