Thawline collects and processes uploaded CSV data exclusively for the purpose of generating personalized outreach content. We do not sell, rent, or share your proprietary contact lists with any third parties.

2. Data Retention

Uploaded CSVs and generated icebreakers are retained only as long as necessary to provide the service and allow you to export your results. You may delete your campaign data at any time from your dashboard.

3. Public Data Sources

Our AI engines exclusively query public data sources (e.g., company websites, public news feeds) to verify facts. We do not bypass paywalls or scrape gated information.

4. GDPR Compliance

Thawline operates within the European Union and complies with GDPR. If you are uploading lists containing personal data of EU citizens, you represent that you have a lawful basis for processing such data under GDPR Article 6.
