1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Thawline, you agree to these terms. Thawline is a B2B SaaS tool designed to assist in creating personalized outreach content.

2. Credit System & Refunds

Thawline operates on a pay-per-result model. Credits are only deducted when our system successfully identifies a verifiable fact and classifies the resulting icebreaker as "Real". Credits do not expire. Due to the computational costs of AI generation, we do not offer refunds on used credits. Refunds on unused credits may be granted on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Thawline to generate spam, malicious content, or outreach that violates the laws of your jurisdiction (including CAN-SPAM and GDPR). Thawline reserves the right to suspend accounts that abuse our APIs or generate prohibited content.

4. Liability

Thawline provides AI-generated suggestions based on public data. We do not guarantee the accuracy of every generated fact. It is your responsibility to review the output before executing outreach campaigns.
