How the integration works

Do I need an API key?+

For manual CSV exports, no API key is required. Just download the file and upload it to Smartlead. If you want to use our direct API sync feature, you will need to paste your Smartlead API key into your Thawline settings.

Is it a manual export or a live sync?+

Thawline supports both! You can download a standard CSV exactly mapped to Smartlead's variables, or you can push contacts directly to your active Smartlead campaigns.
